Our messaging service is instant. Loved ones on the street receive messages instantly and when the loved one responds we deliver it immediately. Our servers constantly scrape the system for new messages every 10 seconds. However, there may be a delay on the Corrlinks side due to their standard email filtering process, which may take up to 2 hours. Still much faster than a regular email.
No. The messages still have to go through Corrlinks so you can not attach photos or messages. However, we do have a very convenient Photo Service that you can sign up for which would allow you to send pics to your loved one through us. You simply text us the photos and we print and ship them out to your incarcerated loved one. To sign up for this service it is $5.00 for an account membership and $0.50 per 4x6 photo.
